Terms of use & sale
Using OplynQ, subscribing, cancelling.
These terms govern the use of the OplynQ service and the sale of subscriptions. The nature of the service, risks and privacy are detailed on the Compliance & legal page.
1. Publisher
OplynQ is published by a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIREN 107 850 083, Marseille Trade Register). Contact: contact@oplynq.com. The service is hosted by Vercel Inc. (site) and Render Inc. (API, European Union); the database is operated by Supabase (EU — Frankfurt).
2. Plans and pricing
OplynQ offers a free plan (“Free”) and two paid subscriptions: Pro at €12.99/month and Max at €24.99/month. Prices in euros, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (VAT franchise): the displayed price is the price paid. Each plan's features are listed on the Pricing page and may evolve; features marked “beta” are provided as is.
Any price change is announced to subscribers at least 30 days in advance and only takes effect at the next monthly renewal; you may cancel before then.
3. Account and subscription
Subscribing requires an account (verified email or Google sign-in). Payment is processed by Stripe — OplynQ never sees or stores your card number. The subscription is monthly, automatically renewed: each one-month period is billed in advance, at the same price, until cancelled. If a payment fails and is not resolved, the account returns to the Free plan — your data remains intact.
4. Right of withdrawal
By subscribing, you request immediate access to the service. In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw: simply write to contact@oplynq.com from your account email — full refund of the first month, no justification or form required.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage my subscription (Stripe portal), in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; no further charge occurs. The account then returns to the Free plan: your data (portfolio, conversations) is kept, and remains deletable at any time from Settings (immediate erasure, see Compliance).
6. The service
OplynQ is an information and analysis tool: it provides no investment advice, never places orders and never accesses your funds (broker connections are read-only). Market data comes from third-party providers and may contain delays or gaps — a missing data point is shown as “—”, never replaced by an invented number. The service is provided on a best-effort availability basis; maintenance interruptions may occur. Features evolve; those of your plan cannot be removed during a paid period.
7. Liability and personal data
Liability limits, the risk warning and the details of personal-data processing (including your GDPR rights, exercisable from Settings) are set out on the Compliance & legal page, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. For any complaint, write first to contact@oplynq.com — almost everything is resolved there. Failing agreement, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (details provided on request and published here once appointed) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
